I purchased WINDOWS 8 Pro which was later upgraded free to Windows viii.i Pro. After some time Media center was also offerred for gratuitous by Microsoft which was accepted, installed and activated on my PC. Now when I try to refresh my PC I get a message to insert media. Since I accept only original DVD of Windows 8, I insert it. Even so it is rejected equally invalid. Inspired by your above instructions I tried to create a bootable DVD of Windows 8.1 but when I insert product code of either original Windows 8 pro or of windows viii.one Pro media middle edition they are too rejected as invalid. Kindly permit me know what mistake I am committing. Thanks

I am running a 32bit Windows 7 on Boot Camp and willing to do a make clean install of Windows 8.1. However, I cannot download install ISO since the assistant simply says my calculator cannot install. What should I practise now?

Please recall my problem cited on two June 2014 which I reproduce beneath.

IMPORTANT:

If you lot are doing a clean install and you want 64 bit you demand to make your boot media on a 64 flake windows PC and aforementioned goes for 32 bit. At no bespeak during the Windows 8 installation process volition you be prompted to select 32/64 flake (dumb, correct). If yous telephone call for assist they will tell y'all that your just option is to purchase back-up media from them (they do not let y'all directly download the advisable ISO from their webpage). This is indeed false, you need to find a friend with a 64 scrap calculator or go to library or school.

Microsoft please permit us to choose which ISO we want to install and also be able to download from a Mac? Why all the red tape? I idea you wanted people to upgrade to windows viii?
